Crystals for Releasing with the Full Moon

Jessica Roth

Full moon eclipse

On Friday, there will be a Full Moon & and an Eclipse! I'm not sure if you've noticed, but Full Moon's have very strong energy :) and it's a great time to make intentions around releasing things that are no longer serving you. It's a really fun way to celebrate the magic of the full moon. In fact, if you are local to San Diego, I will be participating in a Full Moon Gathering at The Movement Lab in Solana Beach on Friday 2/10. We would love to have you join us! It's an informal potluck, 7p-10p to enjoy an evening of bonding and dancing.

If you aren't able to join us, some suggestions of things you can do at home: you make a list of what you are ready to release, do a releasing meditation, or just make clear statements of the things you are ready to let go of, so that you can make room for the new things you want to bring into your life.
